1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TimeSlot mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and CubedArea.

2. Description of Service

TimeSlot is a personal scheduling and subscription manager. It processes appointments, subscription pricing tracking, custom categories, and sends local device notifications.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

You are strictly required to use the App only for lawful activities. You explicitly agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or otherwise modify the App's source code, structure, or binaries.
• Use the App to store or transmit any material that violates local or international digital laws.

5. Your Data Security

All app content is stored locally on your device only. You are strictly responsible for protecting your device and tracking your own data. If you delete the app or lose your phone, your entries are permanently gone. We have no way to restore it.

6. Advertisements

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob collects tech-IDs and basic network indicators to serve relevant advertisements. You can completely opt-out of ad tracking in your iOS or Android root system settings.

Optional Rewarded Feature: You can opt to watch a full-screen rewarded video ad to secure a temporary 10-minute ad-free block inside the application interface.

7. Disclaimer & Limits

The application is delivered "As-Is". We carry zero liability for missing data tracking metrics, broken reminders, calendar alignment updates, or related software system dropouts.

8. Governing Jurisdiction

These guidelines operate under the standard regulations of England and Wales.
